Lip filler injection at Robab Saadat Abad Clinic
Lip and mouth filler injections
Filler injections are an effective and minimally invasive way to enhance the lips and the area around the mouth. They help to increase volume, correct the shape, create better symmetry, and overall make the face look younger, without making the lips look too artificial or unnatural.
Fillers used for the lips are usually made of hyaluronic acid; a substance that occurs naturally in the skin and helps maintain moisture and elasticity.
💋 Different Styles of Lip Filler Injections
At Rabab Clinic, we offer a variety of filler injection styles, depending on the facial structure, the client’s personal taste, and the natural characteristics of the lips:
✨ Super Natural Style
If you want your lips to remain completely natural and only have a slight correction in shape or volume, this style is for you.
The natural shape of the lips is maintained
Minor irregularities and imperfections are corrected
The volume is done very gently and imperceptibly
The final appearance is so natural that no one will notice the injections

This model is inspired by a technique that is more common in Russia and focuses on the upper lip lift.
The upper lip appears more prominent and lifted.
The crown of the lips is fully defined.
The volume is balanced between the upper and lower lips.
The corners of the lips are less full to make the lift more pronounced.
The final look is unique and striking.
🍡 Mochi Lips Style
A popular style in South Korea, for those who like a fancy face or delicate lips.
- The lips become round and doll-like
- The lower lip is shaped into a semicircle
- The crown of the lips is very gently highlighted
- The final result is delicate, lovely and fantasy
If you need advice on choosing the right style, our consultants will recommend the best option by examining your face shape and expectations.

How long does lip filler last?
Lip fillers usually last between 8 months and a year. This period may vary slightly depending on each person’s physical condition and lifestyle.
2. I had filler injections but it was absorbed in less than a month. What is the reason?
Hyaluronic acid fillers have a certain shelf life, but this time can be shorter in each person’s body depending on metabolism, smoking, alcohol consumption, and lifestyle. High metabolism is one of the main reasons for the rapid absorption of the filler.
What should be done to make the filler last longer?
Our suggestion for longer lasting results:
Injection in two stages
Drink plenty of water during the first two weeks
Avoid smoking, alcohol, and strenuous activities during recovery
Completely follow post-injection care
How long is the recovery time for lip filler injections?
Normally, inflammation and swelling will completely resolve within two weeks.
5. Can I use a 1cc filler pack for myself and someone else?
No. For hygiene reasons, each 1cc pack can only be used by one person.
If you decide to inject half a cc, the remaining half can be used for future repairs.
How long can filler packs be used after opening?
The filler pack can be used for up to 6 weeks after opening, provided it is properly stored and sterile.
7. When should filler restoration be done?
The best time to repair lip fillers is between 4 and 6 weeks after the injection.
Is lip filler injection painful?
No. The injection is performed with local or intravenous anesthesia and there is no pain during the injection.
My lips are swollen after the injection. What should I do?
This is normal for some people and usually resolves within two weeks after the injection. If it persists, consult your doctor.
10. What causes white or yellow spots on the lips after injections?
These spots are usually Fordyce spots (natural oil glands in the skin) that have been brought closer to the skin surface with filler injections. They are completely safe and can be covered with lipstick.
What are the precautions before filler injection?
Not taking vitamin C, iron, zinc, folic acid, and vitamins
Stop taking blood thinners and NSAID painkillers such as ibuprofen, gelofen, naproxen, Novafen, and aspirin (at least 3 to 5 days in advance, after consulting a doctor)
Avoid green tea, ginseng, alcoholic beverages, and narcotics at least 24 hours in advance
Stop taking Roaccutane one month in advance
What is the care after filler injection?
Do not consume hot drinks for several hours
No smoking and tobacco (reduces shelf life)
Drink plenty of water for up to two weeks
If you have a history of herpes, use prescription medications
Cold or hot compresses are only allowed if recommended by a doctor
3. If we have our own fillers, can we bring them for injection?
No. Due to the risk of complications and the uncertainty of the conditions under which the filler will be stored with the client, our doctors do not accept its injection.
What is the difference between lip filler brands?
The difference between brands is in the percentage of hyaluronic acid purity and the quality of the ingredients. Although the durability of the fillers is almost the same, the quality of the brand and post-injection care have a great impact on the final result.
15. Can filler injections be performed during pregnancy and breastfeeding? Filler injections are prohibited during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Filler injections are prohibited during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
